For a long time, Leo remained stationed near the shoe. He watched. He waited. He investigated. Buddy observed the operation with concern. Had Leo found a spider? A bug? An imaginary friend? No one could say for sure. What we do know is that later that night, Leo was seen shaking his head and chomping on something in the corner. And then suddenly, the shoe watch was over. CHOMP.
